About the Editor

Edna Wallace is an author, consultant, and editor of Pages, Inc. She holds a Master’s Degree in Family Support from Nova Southeastern University and undergraduate degrees in Behavioral Science and Early Childhood Education.
Whenever she finds a free moment, you will find her writing everything from short stories to articles for parents and teachers. She is the author of Summer Sizzlers and Magic Mondays: School-Age Theme Activities.
For twelve years Edna directed Little Folks Discovery Center in Colorado Springs––a preschool, kindergarten, and child care center for children ages 2 1/2 through 12.
As a child and family advocate, it was inspiring to travel to Russia, Lithuania and Hungary as a citizen ambassador for People to People International. Edna has also visited orphanages and schools in Haiti.
For many years she was a validator and mentor for NAEYC accreditation, and she conducted workshops at the state and national level. It was a great honor to be a recipient of the Colorado Children’s Champion Award from the Colorado Association for the Education of Young Children.
As a mom and grandma, she will always be a life-long learner in the joys of parenting!
